 Children are welcome. On request, a cot is available

Cancellation Policy:

Groups > 6 pax:

- 30 days prior to arrival (or on making the reservation if within 30 days): the final room requirements, rooming list and full pre-payment must be received by us.
- 15 days prior to arrival: any rooms cancelled will be charged in full.

FIT‘s and groups < 6 pax:

- 30 days prior to arrival: Any rooms cancelled are charged 30% of the amount due.
- 15 days prior to arrival: payment in full must be received. No booking is confirmed, unless you are in receipt of a confirmation advice from us and payment is received in full. Any rooms cancelled are charged 50% of the amount due.
- 7 days prior to arrival: cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

- Less than 3 Rooms Guide/Driver full rate B&B (*** not applicable)
- More than 3 Rooms but less than 10 rooms Guide/Driver @ R285.00 B&B
- More than 10 Rooms Guide FOC and Driver @ R285.00 B&B

We reserve the right to accommodate the driver and guide in a nearby B&B should it be necessary, with all meals at Mimosa Lodge
